Over two days you will experience a thrilling rafting tour, a casual hike & a relaxing cruise on the Piva Lake to take in the breath-taking scenery. The two-night full board stay in traditional wooden/stone cabins in an ethno-village overlooking Piva Lake is the perfect place to unwind & relax after your activities. This package is suitable for families with children aged 9 years+, couples & groups of friends who wish to explore the beauty of the north in a relaxed way. Depending on your holiday plans, you can also extend your stay. Sample itinerary (The order of activities is flexible): Day 1 - Rafting We will collect you from your accommodation & after a scenic drive to the north and a home cooked breakfast the preparation for rafting begins! Once the safety brief & issuing of equipment is complete, it is time to load the rafts & take the short drive to the river. During this thrilling tour, you will have approx. 2.5 hours of rafting on the most attractive rapids of the Tara River, a visit to a waterfall and plenty of opportunities for photos & swimming. Then it is a short drive back to the rafting camp for a domestic lunch. After lunch, a leisurely drive (with an option to stop off at the Piva Monastery on the way) takes you to the ethno-village where you will stay the night and have dinner in a traditional konoba. Day 2 - Easy Hike & Piva Lake Cruise The day starts with a hearty breakfast before heading out for approx. 7 km of casual hiking through undisturbed nature to experience the contrast of the rolling hills & steep cliffs towering the Piva Lake. The hike finishes down on the banks of the lake where you embark for a 2 hr. Piva Lake Cruise, during which time you may wish to try your hand at a spot of fishing, take a refreshing dip or just sit back & enjoy the stunning scenery! On return to the ethno-village, you will tuck into a freshly prepared lunch and then there is time to relax before dinner and another overnight stay. Prices include the following:
